All sales made on XS Cargo Canada are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 519-575-0739 with details of the product and the defect.
No Refunds: Once an order is placed and payment is received, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued. This policy helps us keep our prices low and ensures fairness to all our customers.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will review your request and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit. To process your request, please follow these steps:

Our customer service team will review your case and get back to you with further instructions. 3. If your item is confirmed to be defective, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items.
Exceptions: Our policy does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or any modifications made to the product after purchase. Items sold as “final sale” or “clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
